We offer monthly retainers for podcasters, YouTubers, and brands publishing on a consistent schedule — this gets you priority turnaround, better pricing, and a dedicated editor who learns your voice. We also take one-off projects for weddings, music videos, corporate films, and single campaigns.

Both. For video shoots, we bring our own kit — cameras, lighting, audio, gimbal, and drone if needed. For editing-only projects, you send us the footage and we handle everything from there. Many of our retainer clients record themselves and send us raw files; we ship them the finished platform-ready content.

Yes — most of our editing work is on footage clients or their teams captured. Send us raw files via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or Frame.io and we take it from there. As long as the audio and video are usable, we can shape it into finished content.

Yes — we deliver in every format your platform needs. 16:9 landscape for YouTube and long-form, 9:16 vertical for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, and 1:1 square for feed posts. Most retainer clients get all three from every recording session.

First cuts for reels and short-form content are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. Podcasts and YouTube videos usually take 3-5 business days for the first cut. Full wedding films take 3-6 weeks depending on the coverage. Two rounds of revisions are included in every project.

Two rounds of revisions are included in every project by default. The first round covers major changes — pacing, structure, music. The second round is for fine-tuning. Additional revision rounds are available at a flat per-round fee and clearly quoted before we begin any extra work.

Yes, when the project allows. Rush turnaround is available for reels, short-form edits, and highlight clips — usually with a small rush fee that we quote upfront. For long-form content and wedding films, quality takes time and we generally advise against rushing.

All four of us. We stay a small team on purpose. Shubham handles editing direction, Umesh shoots, Jay leads content and structure, and Shikha runs client relationships and delivery. There are no anonymous freelancers, no account managers — you talk directly to the people making your work.

Yes. For editing projects, location doesn't matter — we work with podcasters, YouTubers, and brands worldwide over Google Drive, Frame.io, and Zoom for reviews. For shoots, we travel when the project calls for it. Message us with your location and we'll figure it out.

Standard delivery is MP4 (H.264) optimized for the target platform — YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or wherever the video is going. Files are shared via Google Drive or WeTransfer, and we keep backups of everything we ship.

Yes — for YouTube videos and podcasts on retainer, we design custom thumbnails and cover art as part of the workflow. Standalone graphic design services are launching soon as a separate offering.

You do — completely. Every finished asset, and every raw file you provided, is yours. We don't add watermarks or gate anything. Once a project is delivered and paid for, everything transfers to you with no strings.
